What is the idea?

Upload all conda package formats to anaconda.org.

Why is this needed?

With the change in conda-build to default to generating .conda packages canary-release needs to also support uploading those packages to anaconda.org.

What should happen?

Adjust canary-release action to find and upload both .tar.bz2 and .conda package formats to anaconda.org.
