Fly

We can easily cross-compile all the fly CLI's.

Web UI

The web UI should be updated to allow a user to select the right os/arch combination. We can do os/arch detection, but we should also allow the user to pick the os/arch combination. Right now we show OS-specific download buttons. We could enhance this to take users to a page where they can select the right os/arch and include instructions for installation.

Concourse Binary

We should build arm binaries for all the major OS's. Windows Server 2025 ships in both amd and arm formats now.
Should we deprecate the amd64 MacOS binary?
