[RFC] CF API v2 End of Life - No longer able to use the CF authentication connector soon.

Additional context

Based on the provided RFC and this documentation, soon we will not be able to use the CF authentication connector, if we don't switch to v3 API.
The migration should be smooth and easy. Based on the details provided by the CF community, the new API should have backward compatibility. Issue spotted at least here and here. So the test cases should be fixed as well
