It would be nice have metrics emitted for things like build duration or events when a build passes/fails etc. We could then consume these via something like Datadog to track our CI health over time.

GoCD exposes this info via a graph (https://my-gocd-deployment.com/go/pipelines/my-pipeline/1/my-job/1/stats) but metrics are more flexible.
