I have a tool that depends on /dev/fuse in order for the tests to run properly. I believe I have read that CloudFoundry apps have /dev/fuse mounted into their container.

However, the build job I have that uses a docker image is not mounting /dev/fuse even though the underlying VM has /dev/fuse. Any suggestions?
