We ended up with over 200 builds of the same job in the same pipeline all running and spinning waiting for an environment to be free from the pool resource. This ultimately ended up pegging our database super hard to the point where we couldn't delete the pipeline and instead have to manually go through and cancel all of the running jobs.

It would be amazing if fly had a way to run fly cancel-build
