Installed Concourse 3.8.0 on Azure recently and some of the users with Windows laptops have noticed that they can't click a job or resource to navigate to the next page.

When they hover over the box, the cursor turns into the I-bar that you typically see when a text box is focused. The workaround is to click the box once (which doesn't appear to do anything) and then press enter.
