Hi @ibosnic00 - apologies for the delay.

Unfortunately we are no longer considering fixes for the very legacy generators of early versions of Conan 1.x.
https://github.com/ibosnic00/demo_cmake_conan/blob/master/conanfile.py#L13

I would advise moving to using CMakeDeps and CMakeToolchain, which have been available in Conan 1.x for at least 2 years.
