ci: Replace main with 0.37.x in workflow files #194
Description
There are some files in the github workflow that are triggered only on changes to main.
- lint.yml
- build.yml
- cometbft-docker
- docs-toc.yml
- e2e-nightly-34 - this we may want to delete from 0.37 ?
- e2e-nightly-main
- govulncheck.yml
- linter.yml
- testapp-docker.yml
- tests.yml
PR #172 modifies all these files for 0.34.x to point to 0.34.x.
