Feature Request

These are three PRs that landed in v0.35 and never got cherry picked into any subsequent release to the best of my knowledge:

• crypto: ed25519 & sr25519 batch verification tendermint/tendermint#6120
• crypto: adopt zip215 ed25519 verification  tendermint/tendermint#5632
• crypto: Use a different library for ed25519/sr25519 tendermint/tendermint#6526

Problem Definition

The Vocdoni team mentioned these PRs and they said they would benefit from the improvements.
