Running something like that

cook report -d /Users/user/cooklang/CookCLI/seed/db/\
    --template seed/reports/cost.md.jinja \
    'seed/Breakfast/Easy Pancakes.cook:4'

Will produce

# Cost Report

* eggs: $3.00
* flour: $0.75
* milk: $0.00
* sea salt: $0.00
* olive oil: $0.02

Total: $3.77
