This changeset add support for Composer 2.0 (while keeping support for legacy Composer 1.0).
The implementation builds on top of #107 (which in turn builds on top of #94), thanks @thojou for the original version!
Resolves #105, #106, #108 and #109
Also refs #107 for the orginal fix, #109 for improved code style and #112 for test suite
