What happened?

Cline is writing and changing code while in Plan mode. No feedback or questions were asked, just direct code modifications. This is unexpected behavior as Plan mode is intended for planning and information gathering, not for making direct code changes. I expected Cline to only discuss the plan and ask clarifying questions in Plan mode, and only make code changes in Act mode.

Steps to reproduce

1. Select Plan mode.
2. Start a task describing what you want to create.
3. Observe Cline making code changes (e.g., using write_to_file or replace_in_file) without explicit approval or switching to Act mode.
   (Additional context: This seems to be happening more often. The model used was Google Gemini.)

It was weird, it didn't want to submit this report and tried to go off and install some npm install package also will in plan mode??
