Cline cannot find file in the local workspace #1451
Description
What happened?
Maybe I am doing something wrong, but I see cline unable to find files in the current workspace.
I noticed it because the usual @-command stopped working. It was not finding any file to add.
Then I check the prompts, and sure enough, the section of files in the workspace was empty.
This is what cline see:

I tried stopping VSCode, but the files do not appear.
Steps to reproduce
- Just create one task with cline
