What happened?

Cline was in Plan mode and updated a file.

Steps to reproduce

1. During Planning Conversation, Cline wanted to check if Psql was installed
2. Instructed Cline with "Don't check if psql is installed, we will update the Docker to include the database."
3. Cline read the existing compose.yml file
4. Cline took action to update the compose.yml file to use postgres instead of mariaDB, while in plan mode.
