Remove some stale version checks for ancient k8s versions. We're only testing with newer k8s versions by now. Also remove one explicit check for the current Cilium version. Now that we're no longer testing downgrades in ginkgo, this check is obviously true. Signed-off-by: Julian Wiedmann <jwi@isovalent.com>
