It is highly unusual to want to avoid restoring state from a previous run of the agent, because this is how we ensure ongoing connectivity for active workloads. Hide the option so users are less likely to find it and shoot themselves in the foot with it. Signed-off-by: Joe Stringer <joe@cilium.io>
