Currently, the clustermesh upgrade/downgrade tests leverages a dedicated logic to determine the image-related helm flags for to the downgrade version. Let's switch this to use the standard helm-default action, to ensure uniformity with the upgrade version, and most other workflows. Signed-off-by: Marco Iorio <marco.iorio@isovalent.com>
