This changes BatchIterator[...] to yield map key/value pointer values: f98c0ef
Following this, ctmap GC is refactored to DRY up code that is duplicated 4x for {ipv4,ipv6} x {global,nonGlobal} maps.
Finally, we probe for Kernel batch APIs and use bpf.BatchIterator[...] to perform ctmap GC.

I believe a rebase should help to resolve the ci-integration issue.

Previously 4d4bfe9 added a new type in pkg/bpf: `BatchIterator[...]`. This is intended to provide a generic way to perform batch iteration on pkg/bpf.(*Map) types. Integrating this into existing code proved tricky as implementations of bpf.Map{Key,Value} are always using type pointer receivers. The revised BatchIterator type now has the generic type signature: ``` BatchIterator[KT, VT, KeyPointer[KT], ValuePointer[VT]] ``` The {Key,Value}Pointer types are generic type constraints on the iterators base generic types: KeyType and ValueType. This assert that pointers to KT,VT will implement bpf.Map{Key,Value} types, respectively. This allows us to allocate a contiguous array of memory of the bpf map key & value pair types while also being able to yield the pointers to returned elements via the iterator. In general, most batch iterator types should be inferred from the base key/value types so usage of this shouldn't change much. By now using pointer types, we can make BatchIterator much more ergonomic with existing code. This will also eliminate runtime checks on types that could be prone to bugs. More importantly, because the IterateAll(...) function will now yield *KT, *VT as an iteration - we can easily plug this into existing code that depends on being passed bpf.Map{Key,Value}. BatchIterator is currently tested against just hash maps. Following this the same suite of tests will be run against a LRU type map to ensure stable support for the map type. These types are identical, except for the ipv{4,6} type used. This makes TupleKey{4,6} types both be type aliases of a generic tupleKey[T] type. As well, this adds getter functions to remaining fields in both ipv{4,6} implementations to allow for a single interface to describe the actions of accessing tuple fields (with all addr fields are converted to netip.Addr). In subsequent commits, this will be used to DRY up code (i.e. ctmap) that depends on these types such that we don't need to maintain two identical code paths for each IP family, as is the case with ctmap GC. Does a basic set of benchmark tests on 3 different ctmap size cases. This is a "sparse" benchmark, meaning this simulates ctmap GC passes that do not need to delete many entries. This represents what we expect most GC passes will look like. During a "dense" iteration with a lot of entries to remove, we may need to follow up with a batched approach to doing deletes to avoid waiting on serial syscalls to complete. This commit refactors ctmap GC code to reduce identical logic for code that was duplicate 4x: doGC* -> {ipv4,ipv6} x {global,nonGlobal} Instead, we now use generic functions to generate a GC pass handler and iteration function that can be applied for all map types. Using the singular GC cleanup/iterate code refactored in previous commits we introduce probing for bpf batch lookup api, which if is supported we use instead of the slower IterateReliably function that uses the regular bpf lookup syscall cmd. Using batched iteration, we can read large chunks into userspace at a time instead of having to wait for the overhead of each individual bpf lookup syscall to complete. Examining benchmarks run before and after this change we see: Before changes: BenchmarkCtGcTcpXL-8 1 31800501586 ns/op BenchmarkCtGcTcpL BenchmarkCtGcTcpL-8 1 4489851674 ns/op BenchmarkCtGcTcpM BenchmarkCtGcTcpM-8 9 125662575 ns/op XL case ~ 31s After changes: BenchmarkCtGcTcpXL-8 5 4211525678 ns/op BenchmarkCtGcTcpL BenchmarkCtGcTcpL-8 5 912280667 ns/op BenchmarkCtGcTcpM BenchmarkCtGcTcpM-8 5 14504917 ns/op XL case ~ 4s So we see a improvement of ~5-8x speed improvement across all our test cases. CTMap pressure counting was the first place to use bpf batch iteration. Much of BatchIterator[...]'s logic is based on lessons learned from creating a the batch iterator for ctmap (countBatch). However, the pkg/bpf implementation is designed as a general way to do batch iteration on bpf hash maps. This switches the original ctmap specific implementation to use the BatchIterator type with the CountAll[...](...) helper function. BatchIterator[...] is also more robust as it automatically attempts to handle cases where passed key array buffer is of insufficient size for bpf map buckets (i.e. resulting in ENOSPC).
