Checkout the pull request branch before running cilium/cilium-cli action to install cilium-cli. This ensures that cilium-cli gets built from the pull request branch instead of main when skip-build parameter is set to false. Signed-off-by: Michi Mutsuzaki <michi@isovalent.com>
