Extend the no-interrupted-connections test to additionally apply a network policy that matches the test pods to spice things up a bit more, and assert that restarting Cilium doesn't break long running connections in this case as well. Specifically, this asserts that policy recomputation and endpoints regenerations are not performed on incomplete data. Signed-off-by: Marco Iorio <marco.iorio@isovalent.com>
