install: Update generated helm YAMLs to use digests #15308

Now that we have digests in the tree for the target image tags, use them when generating the quick-install/experimental-install YAMLs. Signed-off-by: Joe Stringer <joe@cilium.io>

This should only affect the quick YAMLs as the digests were already embedded into the charts themselves in the previous commits. |
