In addition to 6a7c979 also prevent populating go caches for privileged unit tests to avoid running out of space in LVH kind images, until images with the larger disk size from cilium/little-vm-helper-images#960 are used. Signed-off-by: Rastislav Szabo <rastislav.szabo@isovalent.com>
