TODO:

• User facing documentation gateway-api: Add docs for GatewayClass parameters #37821
• Add more docs on new CRD i.e. compatibility with existing Cilium features (e.g. LBIPAM, etc).
• Definitely worth swinging back here and checking if there's anything we want to stop from working if it will break things. Could be a followup PR though, although that will make backporting this harder.
