The PodToWorld and PodToWorld2 cilium-cli connectivity test scenarios attempt to connect over "any" protocol, which defaults to IPv4 on DualStack environment. These scenarios should be updated to explicitly test IPv4 and IPv6, and any tests using this scenario should also be updated accordingly.
