Add explicit IPv6 testing to PodToHostPort cilium-cli connectivity test scenario #37134
Description
The PodToHostPort cilium-cli connectivity test scenario attempts to connect over "any" protocol, which defaults to IPv4 on DualStack environment. This scenario should be updated to explicitly test IPv4 and IPv6, and any tests using this scenario should also be updated accordingly.
