Background:
EGW requires multiple nodes (worker node & gateway node) to be in sync, so that EGW policies are applied consistently. We also want to avoid any connectivity blips while either of the two agents restarts.

Proposal:
Use test-conn-disrupt to test EGW connectivity between client pods and the external server.
