I'm not entirely certain what's going on here, as I've found the issue hard to debug. It's easy to reproduce, so you should be able to find out details yourself.

• Open cmd.exe with clink enabled
• Type cmd /;=
• Press Left arrow (<-) to move the cursor left TWICE

This should trigger the crash. It appears to happen as soon as you move the cursor to the location of the ";". You can also trigger it by pressing HOME and using the right arrow to move the cursor right.
