Describe the bug

On version 1.8.0, I get the following error: ERROR Could not open database. could not ping db: unable to open database file: out of memory (14): Unable to open the database file (SQLITE_CANTOPEN). This happened when running the following prompt from the examples:

Setup

• OS: Ubuntu 24.04.2 LTS
• Shell: Bash
• Terminal Emulator: GNOME Terminal

To Reproduce

1. Install mods v1.8.0 (Debian amd64 package)
2. Set OPENAI_API_KEY environment variable
3. Enter prompt ls ~/Downloads | mods -f "tell my fortune based on these files"
4. See error
