i have checked and don't find a response to my issue, i'm new to this program and nothing seems to help

Description
I am stuck trying to upscale my images, i get the same error everytime "Error An unexpected error occurred: TypeError: Failed to fetch" and when i try to load some nodes it just doesn't showing the buffering wheel and nothing more.
