This request is related to the following PR: #5724. There was an upgrade to pavlo-v-chernykh/keystore-go which has been fixed on both release-1.10 and release-1.11 but there is currently no tag associated with this fix.

Describe the solution you'd like

I would like a tag cut with this latest fix for the library aforementioned.
