Summary
Start of a revival attempt of this project. I learned a lot about Operators and boilerplate practices in the meantime that should help cleanup code.
Now, this PR switches CLI library from Cobra to urfave/cli. It contains a whole bunch of other changes that I'm not going to bother separating now.
