Design
Expose an API via management endpoint to delete an exporter.
Suggested API
DELETE actuator/exporters/{exporterId}
The deleted exporter will be removed from the runtime as well as the dynamic ClusterConfiguration.
Technical requirements
The implementation of this operation will be done via dynamic ClusterConfiguration management. The exporter should be deleted in all partitions in all brokers.
