Description

Tasklist index templates settings are not updated with the replicas count defined in the configuration
Thus, the dated (archive) indices are created with the wrong replicas count.
This happens when the replicas count settings is changes after the schema is initialized.

Steps to reproduce

1. Create a cluster
2. Update replicas and/or shards count settings for Tasklist
3. Restart tasklist
4. wait for the archiver to create dated index

Current behavior

Dated index is created with wrong replicas/shards count

Expected behavior

Tasklist component template should be set with the right replicas count
