Prevent loading of dashboard GTM container on booking success page

This is needed to make the booking flow GDPR compliant and we really don't need dashboard GTM container to be there as the booking success page is the part of booking flow<br>​<br>​A similar fix was done here earlier [https://github.com/calcom/cal.com/issues/21430](https://github.com/calcom/cal.com/issues/21430)
