Issue Summary
Automated emails for seated events are sent to all participants, including emails asking for payment. This is confusing and a repetitive nuisance. Imagine participants who've already paid getting multiple emails asking for payment.
Steps to Reproduce
- Book seats for seated event several times.
- All existing participants get automated emails, including the email asking for payments.
- Everyone panics.
Expected Results
- Payment emails should never be sent to anyone else than the intended user.
- Have a toggle to disable sending emails to the entire group.
