Issue Summary

Automated emails for seated events are sent to all participants, including emails asking for payment. This is confusing and a repetitive nuisance. Imagine participants who've already paid getting multiple emails asking for payment.

Steps to Reproduce

  1. Book seats for seated event several times.
  2. All existing participants get automated emails, including the email asking for payments.
  3. Everyone panics.

Expected Results

  • Payment emails should never be sent to anyone else than the intended user.
  • Have a toggle to disable sending emails to the entire group.
