basically, a simple log that logs all user activity of a team/org:

• Bailey has renamed "15 min" to "15 minutes"
• Peer has deleted "30 min"
• Bailey was booked by Anna
• Peer cancelled a booking with Brian

• Should be event based
• There should be a single endpoint for all events
• Should use dependency injection pattern
• The service should be able to be swapped out for a different implementation like a third party service
• Logs storage should be configurable on either an internal database or an external service
• Optionally could be somehow tied to telemetry service
