Issue Summary

When self hosting the url is stuck at localhost:3000

Steps to Reproduce

1. use "install to render" button
2. Set any/all of the nextauth_url, NEXT_PUBLIC_* envrionment values to the correct host
3. Host is still on localhost:3000
