Given the questions/concerns stated in #18288, I made this PR to clarify exactly the change I am proposing. Nothing's changed in regards to finders declared in behaviors or event callbacks.

I assume it will be possible to add rector rules to update calls for all the core behavior methods.

This should be merged after #18322 and the 5.next => 6.x merge is done.
