Julia has quite a number of conic solvers hooked up through the MathProgBase interface which don't appear to be supported in cvxpy. I also have a julia-based MIDCP solver in the pipeline that I'd like to eventually expose to cvxpy. Would there be any interest in or opposition to adding a cvxpy->MathProgBase link? I put together a little proof of concept of something similar over the summer.
