Hey, thank you for this little tool.

I tried to use this to obtain a token from an Entra Application.

Unfortunately Entra requires a scope to be set, so I get this error when I'm trying to add a client with create confidential

11:32:44 [ERROR]   1: InvalidRequest: XXXX: The required field 'scope' is missing from the credential. Ensure that you have all the necessary parameters for the login request

I tried to contribute, but I have no experience with rust.
