Adds a new
llhttp-ffigem that provides the same functionality asllhttpfor non-MRI rubies. Both projects share the same test suite, helping to guarantee parity between implementations. Note that the FFI implementation is appreciably slower and in general should only be used for compatibility outside of MRI.Replaces #4.
