Long filename contains unicode characters with by-file truncated incorrectly.

To Reproduce

touch "ббббббббббббббббббббббббббббббббб.md"
touch "ѬѬѬѬѬѬѬѬѬѬѬѬѬѬѬѬѬѬѬѬѬѬѬѬѬѬѬѬѬѬѬѬѬѬѬѬѬѬѬѬѬѬѬ.md"
touch "中文中文中文中文中文中文中文中文中文中文中文中文中文中文中文中文.md"
scc --by-file

Output:

Expected behavior
�� shouldn't appear, indent should works properly.
