Both maven and gradle are updated to set the Builder's project.output to refer to the compiler's output directory. AKA the bin folder in Bnd workspace model builds. Signed-off-by: BJ Hargrave <bj@hargrave.dev>
Allow the user to configure the outputDir like maven-jar/war-plugins. The default outputDir for the packaging goals is project.build.directory (aka. `target`). The README is also updated. Signed-off-by: BJ Hargrave <bj@hargrave.dev>
