When i open the app or switch apps, the radar video doesnt update to the next image.

If i tap on the timelime first and then press play it will play correctly up to where i tapped but the images after that are just the last frame it had.
This resets to not playing correctly when i switch or close the app though.
EDIT: it also seems to start playing fine if i scroll it off the screen and wait for it to finish the loop, it starts fine on the next loop after it passes the spot it started at on activity load on
