Updating our python-lief package in Guix (as well as the package installed in the CI), would be useful for:

• Enabling the RELOC_SECTION test in test-security-check.py.
• Using https://lief.re//doc/latest/api/python/elf.html#aarch64-feature to add checks. i.e in guix: Pointer Authentication and Branch Target Identification for aarch64 Linux #24123.
• We could update/extend existing checks, using new features, i.e: https://lief.re/doc/stable/api/python/macho.html#lief.MachO.Binary.support_arm64_ptr_auth.
