@SSE4 @uilianries Could you review please? This recipe is broken is bincracfters currently, and we can't submit it to CCI for the moment since sdl2 recipe is still in bincrafters. |

Please note that the new revision is only available from our new remote. We will write a blog post explaining the changes in-depth as soon as we have figured out some more details. Until then it should be enough to change the remote URL to the new one |

Description
Add sdl2_ttf recipe in this repo (from https://github.com/bincrafters/conan-sdl2_ttf and some improvements). It also fixes #1360.

Motivation and Context
Allow to build with the new revision of sdl2 (CMake config files removed, so use cmake_find_package). Properly define CMake and pkg-config names in pakage_info.
How Has This Been Tested?
Tested on Macos Catalina with apple-clang 12, shared & static release.
