To recreate:
My sample: ffmpeg -f lavfi -i testsrc2 -f lavfi -i sine -f lavfi -i aevalsrc="0.1*sin(2*PI*(360-2.5/2)*t) | 0.1*sin(2*PI*(360+2.5/2)*t)" -t 30 -c copy test_2audio_tracks.mkv

• delete my preferences file
• open preferences and enable all panels
• open sample file
• go to "Setup Filters" (see that newly enabled panels aren't listed)
• close app
• here the app stalls and doesn't close. I then force quit the app
• i reopen the app. I open the preferences (still have all panels enabled)
• open sample file
• go to "Setup Filters" and enable all panels for display and dispaly all graphs except "y"
• close app and reopen
• open file.
