As discussed in rubygems/bundler-api#114, it would be great if Homu could accept the Github webhook notifications about passing merge results, and skip building a merge commit if Travis has already built that same merge commit. This would likely be the most common case on lower-velocity projects, and could save a lot of time for slow builds.
