Describe the bug
When providing an invalid value in the dialog to add a new instance admin the "Add Admin" button stays disabled, even after changing the input value.

To Reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behavior:

1. Go to /admin/config
2. Click on Admin Team
3. Put invalid name in the text field at the bottom
4. Click Add Admin
5. Can't try adding another admin until reloading the page

Expected behavior
After correcting the name it should be possible to add a new admin without a reload.
